March 6-7 check-in

I got a tiny bit done on "Heathens," but otherwise I was mostly thinking about writing instead of sitting down to a keyboard and actually writing. Getting a big banger of a headache on Thursday didn't help.

I realized that I need to do a canon review of some of the most recent scanlated chapters of Saiyuki Reload Blast I have and a bit of the Kami-sama section from the first series for my short gen Saiyuki WIP. Because I care.

March 8 check-in

Project 4: Spent lunch on research, and sketched a broad outline of sections. I will not have trouble finding enough material.

Project 2: Completed entering all known changes in the body of the book. Man, I got finicky on commas, when I started revising this thing last November.

Goals for the weekend: On Project 2, discontinue old print edition, update one thing on the print cover, upload all files, and press "publish." Between starting the garden and replacing the kitchen window shade, I should find the time for that. If anything happens on project 4, that's icing.

Y'all. Productivity has not been a thing this week at all.

Okay, weekend plan:
anything. Literally any sort of crafting progress.

February and March are hard. The weather is gross in lots of the US right now, but we got this! We can do something even if we cannot do all the things.

15:25: 3783. Plus a couple hundred of noodling separately at some background/subplotty stuff. I'm probably cutting the lot of that to save for other fics, though?
19:15: 3899. Definitely cutting all that noodling, which is what let me unstick myself here.
21:15: 3992. Hawkmoth has finally snapped that trap.
22:35: 3995 + 126 words of deleted scene slash blooper reel. (Read, I noticed the previous hundred words make clear Chat Noir decided not to go that route, but I like it too much to scrap it unwritten.)

Oh, thank pandas, this week is finally over.

I am absolutely taking time today for fun, not work, but still made some progress.

* Finish an embroidery project
No progress on this today, but I tend to do better with this on weekends.

* Finish 3 genprompt_bingo fics for a line (0/3)
Nope.

* Finish character dossiers for my novel
I revisited the one i had worked on previously and improved it, and did at least the skeleton of the second. I know what goes in the third, I just haven't typed it out. Progress!

* Write on 26 days: 8/26

* Read 4 outstanding library books before the due date (2/4)
I ended up reading the nonfiction I've been slogging through for over a year, instead, but that's okay.

* 10-day meditation streak
I haven't meditated yet today, but I will before sleep.
