Made two passes through print proof. TBD: Adjust top/bottom margins to skooch the page column down, then a last proofing pass for mechanical issues. Did no work at all on covers.

Goal for 25 Oct: Finish printbook cover, finish proofing. Stretch: Request final print proof, crop and adjust cover for ebook.

I have no idea what I was doing on Oct 18 or 19 anymore, but on the 20th my personal life exploded. I've been doing a lot more job apps and housing hunt crap and general freaking out, and also a lot more work on what will be my NaNoWriMo project because fanfic is my happy place, but no business stuff or crafting at all.

I got about half of the total heel flap reworked, so I'm about where I was when I realized I dropped that stitch. (still bitter) And finalized the blocks I want to put together to then make into pillows. I feel like I want practice cutting, piecing, and sewing particular shapes together.

To do: keep on truckin' knitting. perhaps to also recut the 'squares' into slightly more precise squares. perhaps.

One week left, team! Let's not lose heart! All progress matters!

Trick or Treat Treat #1

Writing did not happen last night (back pain).

I just started over, sort of: I backed up the timeline and showed a scene rather than having the POV character remember it. Much better, but at this rate, this treat will likely be longer than my main assignment. I feel a little bad about that.
