Okay, yesterday I did a lot of things (yay!), one of them fucking up my shoulder (boo!). Badly. I couldn't sleep because of the pain, every posture is a bad posture. Of course, this happened during the weekend, so I can't go crying for help (except to the ER, but that means waiting 4-6 hours to be told this is not really an emergency and I think I'll pass).
- Pending Task of Doom done! First specific goal crossed from the list!
- Wrote two lines, more or less. Getting there. I'm just very insecure about this part.
- Situps, lumbar, biking and swimming. And I do swear it was all VERY LIGHTLY DONE, but my shoulders have been giving me trouble for a while and just doing the whole articular rotation when swimming the lousy 100m I swam was too much and now I'm fucked and I can't even do the washing up (or lie down in any position. Any. At all), so no more exercise or any kind for a while.
- Cat-sitting.
- Studying.
But yeah, this shoulder thing is going to put a damper to my progress because I can't do fucking anything like this.
Also: heatwave.
