Weekend Report

I ordered a new sewing machine Friday (should arrive this week!), purchased the fleece for two nibling blankets, cut and tied both blankets, cut squares for a quilt block, began handsewing on the quilt block, attended a D&D game (all new people! very scary! much fun!), and then ran a D&D game (still scary!). And yet my jerkbrain is still yammering away that none of that 'counts' for some reason. :| Brains are dumb jerks.

To do: iron and pin strips together, begin sewing the block, try to avoid actual news as much as possible until the US election is over tomorrow night. (I early voted, I did my part.)
