Okay, I admit I did fuck-all yesterday. Except:

• I studied.
• I did 8 situps and 12 lumbar what's-their-name.

 Better than nothing.

Did physio!

Now have decaf coffee!

Have the end in sight for this treat-fic!

Did some ancient-house stuff!

But:

It rained heavily all day, so no walking.
